Choose a special order floor from one of Wilsonart's 3 collections: CLASSIC: The Classic collection has a 17 mil top layer and carries a 20 year warranty. It includes 3 styles: The Standards, a group of our original, time honored designs. 7 ¾” plank widths. Classic Planks & Tiles offer expanded color choices. The planks are 7 ¾” and the tiles are 15 ½”. Styles come in a newer 5” and 3 ½” plank width. ESTATE PLUS: This collection’s 7 ¾” plank designs offer “extras” like a heavy-duty wear layer for increased stain and scuff resistance…and richly detailed woodgrain designs. Estate Plus has a 45 mil top layer and a 20 year warranty. RED LABEL: This collection includes hand scraped, distressed and natural slate textures in formats that include 3 ½”, 5” and 7 ¾” planks and oversized 15 ½” tiles. Wilsonart high pressure laminate (HPL) is manufactured in the U.S.A. at 1400 PSI of pressure. In comparison, Direct Pressure Laminate (DPL) is manufactured at 300-500 PSI. Even though both laminate types are made of the same basic materials, the pressure used in the manufacturing process helps determine both hardness and performance.
